By booking any kayaking experience with Havelock Kayaking Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone at least 24 hours in advance.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
Slot availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until confirmed.

2. Participation Requirements

Minimum age: 5 years (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult).
Participants must be in reasonable physical health. Please inform us of any medical conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we believe may endanger themselves or others.
Swimming ability is not required, but basic comfort with water is recommended.

3. Safety Rules

Life jackets must be worn at all times during the activity.
Participants must follow all instructions given by our guides.
Consumption of alcohol before or during the activity is strictly prohibited.
Our guides have the authority to terminate an activity if safety is compromised.

4. Liability

Kayaking is an outdoor adventure activity involving inherent risks including injury, equipment failure, and environmental hazards.
Havelock Kayaking Co. takes all reasonable precautions for participant safety but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or losses arising from participation.
Personal belongings (phones, cameras) are brought at your own risk.

5. Payment

Full payment is due on the day of activity unless otherwise agreed.
We accept UPI, cash, and major debit/credit cards.
Prices are inclusive of guide fee, safety equipment, and life jackets.

6. Photography & Media

By participating, you consent to photographs or videos being taken during the activity for promotional use on our website and social media. Please inform us at booking if you do not wish to be photographed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
