We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our small team.
Guest Cancellations

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking at no charge if you give at least 24 hours notice, subject to slot availability.
Weather Cancellations
If we cancel your activity due to unsafe weather conditions, strong currents, or other safety-related reasons beyond your control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
We monitor weather closely and will notify you at least 2 hours before the activity if it needs to be cancelled.
How Refunds Are Processed
- UPI/Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash payments: Refunded in cash at our base location or via UPI transfer.
