Havelock Kayaking is run by Frogman Scuba Diving Centre, and every kayaking booking follows the same refund policy as all Frogman activities.

If you cancel

When you cancel	Refund
72 hours (3 days) or more before your slot	Full refund, minus the 5% payment gateway fee and GST
Less than 72 hours before your slot	No refund
No-show	No refund

Bookings dated 15 December to 15 January cannot be refunded.
The refund is worked out on the amount you actually paid. Any unpaid balance is never charged after a cancellation.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 95319 24029 with your name and booking date.

If we cancel

If we cancel your trip before it starts, for example because of weather, sea conditions or safety, you can choose a full refund or move to another slot at no extra cost.

How refunds are paid

Online and UPI payments go back to the original payment method.
Cash payments are refunded by UPI transfer or in cash at our centre.
